man o man it has been a long time since in've left a message .. been way busy.. i ben to school to the doctor to cheerelading and then starte over again..lol. I have a torn ligament in my elbow and hat really sucks, i have like a 5% chance to be in the last J-Hawks comp. b/c of the tear....major bummer, but ill still be able to go to and support my team mates, so its all good and a box of cereos                     (cant spell...lol)

um today though i came home finished my h/w and then i got a manacure and a pedicure so that was nice and now im just relaxing and bout to get on the telie...

today has been pretty crapy i havent been feelin well, so that bummed me down and then i had cheerleadering which wasnt bad because i didnt practice b/c im missin this fridays comp for j_hawks im gonnabe in Chattanooga...YAY!!!!

it should be fun though...now im doin homework....later
